Welcome to the new Resident Portal for the 600 Front Apartments! In case we didn’t make this completely clear before, this is new technology for us and we are just at the beginning of our learning curve. Please have patience! We have plenty of ideas and we would welcome your ideas, but allow us time to implement in baby steps.
The first, and hopefully the easiest task to implement is passing along information to you. We are hoping to eliminate much of our need for paper by posting a notice on the bulletin and another one on the easel outside the Leasing Office during the working day if appropriate. That’s two pieces of paper instead of almost 200 pieces of paper! This leaves it up to you to check the bulletin board, the easel or the website for up-to-date information from our office.
The next task we will be working on is creating a maintenance request submission form. You may of course still call the office, write us a note or email, or call in your maintenance request as before. As long as you tell us in writing, or verbally if we already have your signature on file for maintenance requests, your request will be handled in a timely manner.
Courtyard Work
As you can see, work is progressing in the courtyard. The two beds by the big fountain have been completely emptied and we are now reviewing lighting options. There are so many things to consider when putting the beds back together including what plants to put in, what type of irrigation to use, and the lighting options! Wow! Fluorescent? LED? Fiber optic?
