600 Front Apartments offers you choices. If you don’t have a vehicle, or if you plan to park in your office parking lot, you may choose not to pay for a parking stall at home. But, if you do want to park a vehicle in the gated parking lot under the building, we have some choices for you, and a few rules.

The Rules:
Studio and One-Bedroom apartment homes can have only one vehicle parked on the premises. There are simply not enough stalls to park more. Two-Bedroom apartment homes can park up to two vehicles (based on availability) in one of the tandem parking stalls.

The Cost:
The cost for a single parking stall can range between $60.00 per month and $100.00 per month. The difference in pricing is based mostly on the size of the stall. The majority of the stalls in the garage rent for $60.00 and will fit a standard size car.
The rent for a tandem parking stall can range between $85.00 per month and $160.00 per month. As with the single stalls, the pricing is based mostly on the size of the stall.

600 Front Apartments has a few storage closets in the community. The smaller closets are approximately three feet wide, six feet deep, and most have a standard eight foot ceiling height. The larger closets are approximately six feet square and have a standard eight foot ceiling height. Fourth floor storage closets all have high ceilings, up to eleven feet.

The Cost:
The cost for storage closets ranges from $35.00 to $50.00 per month.
