If you are a resident of the 600 Front Apartments and:

  1. Have a noise complaint outside of our office hours, please call the after hours Patrol Officer at 619-233-0830.
  2. Have a non-emergency maintenance issue during or after office hours, please call the Leasing Office at 619-231-9600
  3. Have an emergency maintenance issue such as a toilet backup or a non-working refrigerator or freezer, during office hours please call the Leasing Office at 619-231-9600 and after hours please call the emergency number 619-309-1316 and leave a message with your unit number, name, a phone number at which you can be reached, and a brief explanation of the problem.
  4. Have a building emergency outside of our office hours and Patrol Officer hours, please call the emergency number 619-309-1316 and give a brief explanation of the problem. A building emergency is considered to be something that will cause damage to the building such as water flowing.
  5. Are locked out of your apartment after our office hours until 9 PM, please call the emergency number 619-309-1316 and give a brief explanation of the problem. There will be a charge of $25.00 to unlock the door for you. Be prepared to show your government issued photo ID.
  6. Are locked out of your apartment between 9 PM and 9 AM, please call the emergency number 619-309-1316 and a brief explanation of the problem. There will be a charge of $50.00 to unlock the door for you. Be prepared to show your government issued photo ID.
