However, we  may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different  prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will  reasonably relate to your personal information’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program  requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time. 

7. DATA RETENTION 

MHA Properties retains information as long as it is necessary to provide the services  requested by you, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information.  Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer  necessary to provide the services or until you ask us to delete it, or your account is deleted,  whichever comes first. Additionally, MHA Properties may retain information from deleted  accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems,  assist with investigations, enforce the Terms of Use, and take other actions permitted by  law. MHA Properties does not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16  years of age. If MHA Properties learns that personal data from a child under 16 years of age  has been collected, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. MHA Properties’ website may  contain links to websites of third parties. MHA Properties is not responsible for the actions  of these third parties, including their privacy practices and any content posted on their  websites. MHA Properties encourages you to review their privacy policies to learn more  about what, why, and how they collect and use personal information. MHA Properties  adheres to industry-recognized standards to secure any personal information in MHA  Properties’ possession and to secure it from unauthorized access and tampering. 

MHA Properties uses third-party website analytic services to understand how MHA  Properties’ website is used to better optimize the user experience. These third-party  website analytics companies employ cookies to measure and track usage behavior on  MHA Properties’ website. – GOOGLE: MHA Properties uses Google’s website analytics service to understand how  visitors engage with MHA Properties’ website so MHA Properties can optimize it for better  user experiences. There is no personal information associated with the site visitor cookie.

MHA Properties reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as it deems fit for its  business and website operations. If MHA Properties makes changes to our Privacy Policy,  MHA Properties will post these changes here so that you are always aware of what information MHA Properties collects, how MHA Properties uses it, and under what  circumstances, if any, MHA Properties discloses it.
